“The Little People of America (LPA) Archives” with Jim Kay
Monday, September 28, at 6pm via zoom
We will be speaking with Jim Kay, the historian and archivist of the Little People of America nonprofit organization.
He will be talking about his work developing the LPA archives, his decades of experience as a historian and archivist, and the impact of a recent Ford Foundation Grant that the LPA was awarded.
“History and Paleography” with Gregory Guderian PhD

We will be speaking with Gregory Guderian, who is a historian, paleography expert, and library associate at the Newark Public Library.
He will be talking about his archival research and writing on New Jersey historical figure William A. Whitehead and his experience with paleography, which was the focus of his doctoral studies and dissertation.
“The Women Archivists Section” with Carrie Mastley
Monday, November 16th, at 6pm via zoom
We will be speaking with Carrie Mastley,who is an archivist at Mississippi State University and the chair of the SAA Women Archivists Section Steering Committee.
She will be talking about her work in the Women Archivists Section of the SAA, and her experience as manuscript archivist and director of historical manuscripts at Mississippi State University.
