“Full Steam Ahead” Restoring History by the Ton with Keli Ganey

We will be speaking with Keli Ganey, the Archives Technician from the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania.
Talking about and her experiences in collaborative archiving, providing greater access and restorative processes for the materials, vehicles, and stories that helped shape the modern identity of the transportation and industry in the United States.
“Linking Generations” Creating Archives from Chaos with Kayla Doyle
Monday, October 20th at 6pm via zoom
We will be speaking with Kayla Doyle, the Curator of Archives from the Liberty Hall Museum.
She will be talking about her experiences in creating and establishing archival standards from the ground up, the history of Liberty Hall, the Livingston and Kean families, and creating order out of chaos.
“Expanding Horizons” Professional Engagement in Archives with Michelle Chiles
Monday, November 17th at 6pm via zoom
We will be speaking with Michelle Chiles, the Head of Archives and Special Collections at Providence College and a member of New England Archivists.
She will be talking about her work serving as a mentor with the organization. Additionally, we will discuss opportunities made available for students and professionals to expand their career horizons, actively discuss their concerns and questions with professional archivists, and develop a greater sense of professional engagement within the field.
