DaJung Woo (Ph.D., University of California, Santa Barbara) is an Assistant Professor in the School of Communication and Information at Rutgers University. Her research focuses on topics related to organizational and group communication, such as how people communicate to become successfully integrated into their organizations or collaborative groups. She is particularly interested in how people from different organizational and/or professional backgrounds communicate their distinct yet interdependent knowledge in collaborative work settings.

She has won awards for her research from the National Communication Association, the International Communication Association, and the Academy of Management.
