Beta Phi Mu’s Omicron Chapter held its annual spring dinner at the Rutgers Club on Wednesday, April 5 at 6pm. The dinner serves as the organization’s spring business meeting where we initiate new members, award scholarships to SC&I library science students, and elect our new slate of officers to the executive board. It is also our spring lecture. This year, John Budd, Professor Emeritus with the School of Information Science and Learning Technologies at the University of Missouri, gave the after-dinner lecture titled “What is Information?”
