When accessing studentweb over SSH/SFTP, you are brought to your personal home folder by default. If you are trying to upload files for a class project at SC&I, you are in the wrong place.

The path to your web space on the server is:
/www/studentweb.comminfo.rutgers.edu/htdocs/[CLASS SECTION]/[NetID]

In the above path, replace [CLASS SECTION] with the following format:

YYYY-M-SCHOOLCODE-PROGRAM-COURSE-SEC

Where

YYYY = Year (i.e. 2014)
M = Semester code (9 = Fall, 1 = Winter, 7 = Summer)
SCHOOLCODE = School code (i.e. 04 for School of Arts and Sciences)
PROGRAM = Program code (i.e. 610 for MLIS)
COURSE = Your course number (i.e. 550)
SEC = Your section number (i.e. 86)

Example of a [CLASS SECTION]:
class-2014-9-04-547-555-04

You should also replace [NetID] with your Rutgers NetID. Files uploaded to that directory will appear
on the web at:

http://studentweb.comminfo.rutgers.edu/[CLASS SECTION]/[NetID]

Example:
http://studentweb.comminfo.rutgers.edu/class-2014-9-04-547-555-04/jsmith
(does not actually exist)
