If you cannot log into your studentweb SSH account, no worries! There may be a quick way to resolve this issue before contacting SC&I IT Services.

  • Login to NetSync: http://account.comminfo.rutgers.edu . You should see all green checkboxes next to your class resources.
  • Wait 10 minutes, then attempt to access studentweb again using SSH/SFTP.

Your access should be restored. If this is not the case, then SC&I IT Services will need to troubleshoot. Please contact help@comminfo.rutgers.edu and note that you have already performed the above steps, but they did not help resolve your issue.
