When attempting to access Software Anywhere, you receive a message stating your credentials are invalid or your account is locked out.

If either scenario is true, please perform the following steps:

  • Login to NetSync: http://account.comminfo.rutgers.edu
  • Wait 5 minutes, then attempt to access Software Anywhere again using your NetID and password. You should now be able to login.
