The Assistant Secretary/Treasurer:
- Takes minutes at annual meeting for write-up/approval at next year’s meeting
- Maintains files for archival purposes (electronic and paper)..
- Answers membership-related questions by accessing archives
- Is trained for Secretary/Treasurer position 🙂
Serving in the Omicron Chapter is a fun and enriching way to give back to the profession and support Rutgers MLIS students. We meet two to three times a year. The current EB is a mix of academic, public, school, and corporate librarians: come support us with your vision!
