Now what?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When attempting to access Software Anywhere, you receive a message stating your credentials are invalid or your account is locked out.<\/p>\n<p>If\u00a0either scenario is true, please perform the following steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Login to NetSync: <a href=\"http:\/\/account.comminfo.rutgers.edu\">http:\/\/account.comminfo.rutgers.edu<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Wait 5 minutes, then attempt to access Software Anywhere again using your NetID and password. You should now be able to login.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you cannot login to Software Anywhere at this point, SC&amp;I IT Services can assist.
