Please verify that you have provisioned your class resources through NetSync (http:\/\/account.comminfo.rutgers.edu<\/a>) and installed the Citrix Receiver before proceeding.<\/p>\n

  1. Open Firefox, browse to the Software Anywhere site (http:\/\/sa.comminfo.rutgers.edu<\/a>)<\/li>\n
  2. Login with your NetID username and password<\/li>\n
  3. Click on your application of choice, it should open in Citrix Receiver<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    NOTE: If your application does not open in Firefox, perform the following steps:<\/p>\n

    1. In Firefox,\u00a0click the menu button. Click “Add-ons”. OR browse to the URL of “about:addons”<\/li>\n
    2. Click on “Plugins”.<\/li>\n
    3. Look for “Citrix Receiver plug-in”.\u00a0Change its setting from “Ask to activate” to “Always Activate”<\/li>\n
