There may be a quick way to resolve this issue before contacting SC&amp;I IT Services.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Login to NetSync: <a href=\"http:\/\/account.comminfo.rutgers.edu\">http:\/\/account.comminfo.rutgers.edu<\/a> . You should see all green checkboxes next to your class resources.<\/li>\n<li>Wait 10 minutes, then attempt to access studentweb again using SSH\/SFTP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your access should be restored. If this is not the case, then SC&amp;I IT Services will need to troubleshoot.
