SECRETARY\/TREASURER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Whether or not you are able to join us for the annual meeting\/dinner tomorrow night, May 9th, at the Rutgers Club,<strong> please consider joining the Omicron Executive Board as Assistant Secretary\/Treasurer.\u00a0 <\/strong>We would love to have you join us!\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>The Assistant Secretary\/Treasurer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Takes minutes at annual meeting for write-up\/approval at next year\u2019s meeting<\/li>\n<li>Maintains files for archival purposes (electronic\u00a0 and paper)..<\/li>\n<li>Answers membership-related questions by accessing archives<\/li>\n<li>Is trained for Secretary\/Treasurer position \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Serving in the Omicron Chapter is a fun and enriching way to give back to the profession and support Rutgers MLIS students.\u00a0\u00a0 We meet two to three times a year.
