Dear colleagues,<\/p>\n

Beta Phi Mu, the international library & information science honor
\nsociety, is now accepting applications for its 2011 scholarships and
\nfellowships. The deadline for applications is March 15. Please share
\nthis information with current and potential students. Thank you!<\/p>\n

Eugene Garfield Doctoral Dissertation Fellowships<\/strong> – $3000<\/strong>
\nUp to six fellowships may be awarded.<\/p>\n

Sarah Rebecca Reed Scholarship <\/strong>– $2250<\/strong>
\nFor a student beginning library or information studies.<\/p>\n

Blanche E. Woolls Scholarship – $2250<\/strong>
\nFor a student beginning library and information studies with the
\nintention of pursuing a career in school library media service.<\/p>\n

Frank B. Sessa Scholarship – $1500<\/strong>
\nFor continuing professional education of a Beta Phi Mu Member.<\/span><\/p>\n

Harold Lancour Scholarship – $1750<\/strong>
\nFor foreign study by a librarian or LIS student.<\/span><\/p>\n
